  Too long wait . Only one guy working, too many orders . Had to wait around 30-40 mins to even start making the order. Poor management.

  My dad went in to get 2 foot long cold cut subs with the 2 for 14.99 coupon. Was told that you can't get all the meat on the sub only ham and turkey with that coupon so my dad paid full price. The coupon says cold cut, ham, turkey or veggie sub. I'm thinking the employees need better training.

  Placed an order through the app and removed the mayo on my sandwich as I don't react well to it. When i got there to pick up my sandwich there had been a glitch somewhere and the mayo was put on my sandwich. The only solution the staff could offer me to correct this was to buy another sandwich even though I know it had been ordered correctly on my side.

  I ordered my food but chose incorrect address for delivery by mistake and after 10min I called them to cancel the order and to place the new order but the Supervisor who picked the call answered that they didn't receive any order from that number. I provide them all the details but she said we don't have and disconnect my call which is so weird and irresponsible. and later after 30min the same person picking the call and answering that your order is all prepared.
