  The staff at this Subway are usually friendly, which is why this experience stood out so much. Sujith provided some of the worst customer service I've received in a long time. He was rude, unfriendly, and appeared irritated throughout the entire interaction. Not once did he smile or make any effort to be welcoming. From what I am reading in other reviews, it is not an isolated incident and this guy shouldn't have a job there anymore. I asked for a lot of pickles on my sub, and he barely added any. When I asked for more, he added exactly one more pickle and made it seem like the request was a major inconvenience. It felt petty, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Customers should not have to feel like they're bothering an employee for asking for a reasonable amount of toppings on a sandwich they're paying for. The entire interaction left a very negative impression. I will continue to visit this location because the rest of the staff are generally great, but I will not accept being served by Sujith again.

  I visited today for a sandwich this afternoon and requested salt and pepper in my sandwich, as is my usual preference. However, upon tasting it, I found it to be excessively salty, rendering it inedible. This was a very disappointing experience, as I have never encountered such an issue before, and it occurred during a time when the establishment was not particularly busy. There were only two individuals present, a gentleman and a lady, and the gentleman prepared my sandwich. I kindly request that more care be taken in the future.

  Thats how they wrap their sandwiches and especially sujith has zero customer service If you want to keep this type of attitude and service better sit at home Better go to any other food restaurant rather than coming on subway
