  Great experience at Subway! Fresh ingredients, tasty sandwiches, and excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, quick, and made my order exactly how I wanted. Clean store and fast service—definitely coming back again!

  This is THE BEST Subway location. I've been meaning to leave a review for ages as I've been going to this Subway for years. My sandwiches always taste super fresh and when I ask for extra veggies, they deliver. The staff are all so friendly and hard-working, just completely lovely people. Excellent customer service always. My only suggestion is to have another staff member during the day because they can get pretty big rushes and it looks like a lot of work for such a small team, especially considering that they do mobile orders too and are expected to keep the dining area and restroom clean, and probably a dozen other little jobs. They are very efficient though, I'm always impressed with the staff! I love my local Subway!

  Food: The food is consistently good. I really appreciate that the staff take the time to use the proper oven settings to toast both the meat and sandwiches, even during busy periods. This level of attention is rare and stands out compared to other Subway locations in the Tri-Cities. Service: I’ve been coming here regularly for lunch over the past few months, and the service has always been excellent. The staff - especially Aman, Jot, Rajveer, and Jashan - are very friendly and always greet me with a smile. They patiently take my order and never make me feel rushed, even during peak hours. Atmosphere: The environment is clean, hygienic, and pleasant, with soothing music in the background. The new furniture is decent, though some tables feel a bit unstable. Because of that, I’m giving four stars for the atmosphere. Overall: It’s always a positive experience visiting this store and I highly recommend it for both the food and the service.

  Food & Drinks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sandwiches are solid when they’re done right, but consistency is the main issue. Portion sizes can vary quite a bit depending on who’s making it, and even when ordering the exact same thing online, it doesn’t always taste the same. Still enjoyable overall, just not as reliable as you’d hope from Subway. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service really depends on the staff working that shift. Sometimes it’s quick and efficient, other times it feels a bit rushed or less attentive to detail, especially with online pickup orders. Nothing terrible, but definitely not consistent. Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The space is very clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. There’s also plenty of seating available, making it easy to dine in if you want. That said, the seating isn’t the most comfortable, so it feels more like a quick stop rather than a place you’d want to stay for a while.
