  Rude employees and poor customer service. I asked for the Subway of the Day deal advertised at $7.99, but I was charged $9.99. The employees argued that the Subway of the Day only included the 6-inch sandwich, when it definitely includes a drink and chips.They then explained that their fountain drink machine was not working, so they had to charge extra for a bottled drink. This should have been explained before, guess better approach would have been to inform the customer of the situation and let them decide whether they wanted the deal with a bottled drink or without a drink. Good customer service means communicating clearly, being honest, and finding solutions—not arguing with customers in a rude manner. The girls working there were extremely rude and argumentative. This experience was very disappointing.

  Refused to give a cup for us to split a drink. My mom is 89 and cant drink a large drink. Fountain drinks not working. Never coming back to Shaugnessy location. Como Lake village is way better!

  The staff was very patient and carefully added all the sandwich toppings exactly the way I ordered them and in the portions I requested. I had a completely different experience at another location, where they seemed to just want to wrap up the sandwich and hand it to me as quickly as possible.

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Avneet! She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, and everything was fresh and delicious. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made my visit enjoyable. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customers. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
