  I order from lunch here quite often on the app and I notice lately that when I add the extra vegetables option I'm still not getting barely any vegetables on my sandwich. Will definitely stop ordering from there if something doesn't change

  Had a great experience at Subway! Ravi provided excellent customer service and was very friendly, polite, and professional. He made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted and served everything with a great attitude.

His work was always clean and well done, and he really cared about making sure everything was done properly. He was also very kind and respectful with customers. Special thanks to Ravi for his excellent customer service, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Employees like Ravi really make the experience better. Highly recommended!

  I love Subway, but avoid this specific location! I am a regular customer at the Subway in Coquitlam Centre and I usually love it, but my last two visits to this location on Westwood were terrible. Inside the store, there is a disgusting smell like dirty feet. The quality of the vegetables is awful—the lettuce and spinach were completely un fresh. To make things worse, I ordered a rice bowl and was served cold rice with a whole bowl's worth of water pooled at the bottom. I will definitely stick to the Coquitlam Centre branch from now on and will never return to this Westwood location. Extremely disappointing!
