  She added mayonnaise when I asked for tomatoes, then she added a tip when I did not get tissues and bags without my permission . I have worked at subway and if I did not listen to persons order I would have to give discounts but she put tips without my authorization. The tip goes to franchisee owner not the employee. Customers should choose to tip not staff.

  This Subway has always had some issues, but I continued going to it. Tonight took the cake. Of course, there was only one person working. I placed my food order around 9:50 PM on the app. I came in at the specified time and didn’t get my food until almost 10:40 PM!!!! Basically, he was behind on orders and there were walk-in customers. If I had walked in, I would have had to wait about 15 minutes. But since I placed the order online, even though I’m standing right there, his strategy is: do one of the online orders, then take a walk-in customer. News flash, buddy: those three or four orders that came in before the walk-in customers are first because they’re standing right in front of you. You are just going to have to lose all your walk-in customers and tend to the orders that came in first. What kind of nonsense is it that you make the person who was first and ordered online wait almost 50 minutes just because a walk-in customer comes in and you’re trying to get them out of the way? The management really needs to get it together over here. If you’re backed up with online orders, every single walk-in customer you have to turn away — that’s just how it works. If I had known this, I would have canceled my order and just stood in line and ordered right in the store. What is the purpose of ordering ahead online if you’re going to make people wait 50 minutes and a walk-in order only takes 10 minutes? Get it together immediately!
