  This location has always been good to me I was just there this afternoon around 4:45 the lady was very courteous very helpful friendly asking me how my day was very polite she made my sandwich very fast no hiccups

  I had a very good experience with the service, a girl named Prabhjot is a very efficient and fast, that surprised me because I been in another locations with 2 or 3 people working and take longer to get my sandwich, definitely an excellent service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  person working all alone can't keep up 4 sandwiches lined up from on line orders probably and she couldn't serve the walk in at store Dark inside most lights are turned off

  Terrible customer service at this location. I was refused access to the washroom under the excuse that it was broken. On top of that, the staff member was extremely impolite and acted like she couldn't understand my wife when she simply asked for a fork. Unprofessional and very disappointing.

  We have been going to this location because we can walk there from our home. The bathroom has been out of order for months. When you ask for something on your sandwich it’s merely 4 pieces of cucumber. I went in as we received a gift card, they had the 2 foot longs for 19.99 (to close to) we ordered and handed the lady my gift card. It wasn’t working so we tried again. She then said to try mobile order. So I went to do so. While trying she kept smacking and tapping her hands on the counter super impatient and annoyed. It made my daughter uncomfortable. I annoying back told her to hold on when she asked if it was working, she then kept tapping the counter and hitting it with her hand. While in theory I could have just sucked it up and paid with my debit card but we went there as we had the gift card. Well she later says that on mobile app you can’t do split tender… my order was 21. And change, gift card was $20. I was upset at this point and we left without paying and without our sandwiches. I went to prairie street location and gift card worked fine (employee could see the balance of the card and the $20 on it) I was more upset by her rudeness
