  Very disappointing experience at Subway today. I went in about 20 minutes ago and asked if my footlong could be cut in half, but the employee refused. I also asked if it could be grilled, and she said that wasn’t possible either.

  I have been here before multiple times and have always loved the food and the service. Today just few minutes ago I went in for the regular veggie patty Sub the bread broke from 2-3 places. I did try to point it out but she wrapped it anyway. Didn’t cut it, didn’t wrap it separately and gave the whole foot long in one wrap and left it open in the other end. I ate half there and then wrapped again the other half myself and wrapped a tissue around it to carry it home. I agree people can be tired but if I am paying the full price I d really appreciate if I can at least eat/carry it in peace without being worried about it getting scattered. The food is good. The place is good but I am really disappointed with the service today!

  Jaspreet Gill is amazing, great customer service! I wish there were more like her! She listened and was kind and made the sandwiches to spec! Definitely coming back to this subway in penticton! Best service I've had from any of the subways to date! Thank you Jaspreet!

  Terribly unfriendly woman at counter. Can't hear anything she says then she acts like it's my fault. This happened the last 3 times and I won't go back again.

  Gurleen made us very good sandwiches and made sure everything was freshly stocked
