  It’s not the tidiest location but if you treat staff like humans then they treat you with the same respect…a young man with the letter k in his name served me - he was fine, efficient no frills. Got my vegan sub and gtfo

  1 Star Very disappointing experience at this Subway location on June 14 at approximately 9:00 PM. I placed an order for 5 sandwiches through the Subway app and picked them up myself. After getting home, we discovered that almost every sandwich was missing requested ingredients, sauces, and customizations. The bread wasn't toasted as ordered, the food was completely cold, and the portion sizes were shockingly small. The biggest issue was the amount of ingredients used. The sandwiches looked like they were made with the absolute minimum possible amount of meat, vegetables, and toppings. After paying nearly $80 for the order, the sandwiches we received honestly looked like they were worth no more than $4 or $5 each. They were nowhere near the quality, portion size, or value that customers expect when paying these prices. To make matters worse, none of the sandwiches were labeled despite all 5 being different orders. We had to open every single sandwich and inspect them one by one just to figure out which belonged to whom. The employee's attitude was also poor and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. What makes this especially disappointing is that I ordered 5 very similar sandwiches from this same location about 6 months ago and had a great experience. The portions were generous, the sandwiches were prepared correctly, and everything matched the order. This visit was the complete opposite. For nearly $80, this was unacceptable. Poor portions, missing ingredients, missing sauces, untoasted bread, cold food, unlabeled sandwiches, and poor customer service. I feel completely ripped off and will think twice before ordering from this location again. And I submitted a report for the main subway site This service was fully shameful and disrespectful i had guest last night !!!

  Phenomenal experience here with Kushan as my sandwich artist. Never have I experienced such a kind, polite, and helpful sandwich artist. He was very informative when it came to my allergies, and made me smile with his gentle demeanour. Great guy, great sandwich.

  I had a really great experience at Subway thanks to Ali. He has a really good nature and a great vibe, which made the whole experience even better. He was very friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. He paid attention to every detail and didn’t rush at all. The sandwich turned out perfect — everything was fresh and put together really well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers. Overall, excellent service from Ali. I’d definitely come back again because of him!
