I was told to wait when I walked in because the guy working there was texting. He was on the phone the whole time he made my order and couldn’t hear what I was saying. Didn’t say a single word to me the whole time. If I owned this location I’d be furious.

Staff member Simrandeep made my night. She has such a positive spirit and leaves anyone leaving with a big smile. Thank you for being kind, patient, and putting so much care into making my late night order. Fresh ingredients, great portions, I’m very satisfied tonight :)

Since when do online orders take over walk ins? I walked in at 5am hoping to get a sandwich. A little disappointed that would have had to wait 15-20 till the employee could finish what he was doing. All the restaurants that I have worked in you don't ever have the customer wait to be served. #subway North Van on 3rd St you are pathetic. I walked in for the 2nd time this month, still had to wait for the employee to finish his dishes before he came out to serve. I walked in to get a wrap this morning I was ripped off I had more wrap than filling. WOULD BE NICE TO GET A RESPONSE!!! If I could give you. Big fat ZERO I would. I pay all this money and I don't even get my moneys worth.
