  Screw this place, they won’t even give you a glass of tap water with your sandwich. You have to bring your own cup/bottle. Give me a break, Subway net profit 2025 was $690 million usd. But no, don’t provide me a free paper cup with my over-priced sandwich.

  I have been a regular customer at this location for over three years, but after my experience today, I will never be back. We ordered a sandwich for my 6-year-old daughter and specifically asked for nothing on it—no veggies, no sauces, no toppings at all—other than the cold cuts and extra cheese. When I went to pay, I discovered an unannounced $3+ surcharge had been added for just three small slices of cheese. When I politely asked to either remove the extra cheese or issue a refund, the staff flatly refused both options. What made this experience truly disgraceful was the outright confrontation that followed. In front of a line full of waiting customers, both employees became aggressive, hostile, and completely disrespectful. Instead of handling a simple customer service question professionally, both employees argued with me openly, raising their voices and displaying an appalling attitude. When I asked to speak with the store manager or get contact information for the owner, both employees claimed that they were the managers, refused to provide any owner details, and bluntly told me that if I was unhappy, I should "not come back." To be treated with such hostility and disrespect in front of other patrons—simply for questioning an unannounced charge on a plain sandwich—is entirely unacceptable. Management needs to seriously address the conduct of these two employees.

  Easily the best Subway I constantly go to. Their ingredients are almost always fresh and the staff is courteous and professional.

  The lady working there wasn’t particularly friendly and seemed reluctant to answer questions, but she still did her job properly and professionally. We had just come from the pool and were extremely hungry, so I’m not sure if it was because of that or if the food was genuinely that good, but this was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from this brand. Even though there was only one employee running the place, everything was clean, organized, and well maintained, which was impressive. I highly recommend the Italian sandwich—it was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying.
