  We came here specifically to get today’s sandwich deal. They charged us for the deal, but we never received the chips or one of the drinks that were supposed to be included. When we tried to explain the situation, the woman working there was very rude and didn’t seem to care about helping us at all. Very disappointing customer service and experience.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location on Lonsdale. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of the staff were not professional or welcoming, and I did not feel that customers were being treated with the respect they should receive. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the restaurant. As a place that serves food, I believe cleanliness and proper maintenance should be a basic priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and pays more attention to both customer service and cleanliness. I believe a few improvements could make a big difference to the overall customer experience.

  I ordered a sandwich from the Subway at 1356 Lonsdale Avenue In North Vancouver. As soon as I took my first bite, I noticed a bitter taste. At first, I ignored it and thought that maybe the bitterness would go away if I ate more of the sandwich, but unfortunately, it didn’t. I mentioned it to the staff, but they were not helpful or customer-oriented at all. They told me that it was the sauce I had chosen and that the bitterness might be coming from the chipotle sauce. The only solution they offered was to give me a sweet sauce to add to the sandwich. However, adding another sauce obviously doesn’t solve the problem or remove the bitter taste from the food. I ended up leaving half of my sandwich and left without finishing my meal. Overall, both the food and the customer service were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be purchasing sandwiches from this location again.
