  This was my first visit at this location. Went in around 1030 pm. Soon as i walk in the door some short indian girl is blasting bollywood music, then quickly proceeds to turn it down when i walked in. I ordered a steak and bacon wrap. She didnt even wrap it properly and proceeded to tear the wrap in 2 spots hoping i wouldnt notice. I was super hungry and ready to jump into an uber home. After serving me a broken wrap after she makes the meal , proceeds to tell me i cannot eat inside as “dine in hours are closed” yet nothing was posted anywhere. Had i known dine in was closed i would have gone to tim hortons across the street Absolute trash. My first and last visit

  The sub was prepared and packed, but the sauces were completely missed. I was busy choosing cookies and assumed everything would be taken care of, so I also didn’t notice until I got home. I had to drive all the way back to the store just to get the sauces. What disappointed me most was that there was no apology or even basic courtesy—instead, I was told that I should have asked for the sauces. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging the inconvenience and saying sorry would have made a big difference. No refund or compensation was offered either. Very disappointing customer service.

  I usually come here for my lunch break and often it's fine but the last two weeks (maybe) I've had two experiences that have me questioning if I should keep eating here. The first one was roughly two weeks ago. I had ordered a meal combo through the app and when I got there I asked if I could get mini cookies instead of the chips since I saw it was available. The worker refused for no reason other than "we can't do that". Wasn't a big deal they let me get regular sized cookies. Today, I ordered a sandwich and about 5-10 minutes later showed up at the store. The sandwich was not ready or being prepared even though there were two people there. (To be fair one person was serving a customer). I had to wait another 5 minutes for my sandwich. If the location and price wasn't so convenient I'd swap stores.
