  The sub was prepared and packed, but the sauces were completely missed. I was busy choosing cookies and assumed everything would be taken care of, so I also didn’t notice until I got home. I had to drive all the way back to the store just to get the sauces. What disappointed me most was that there was no apology or even basic courtesy—instead, I was told that I should have asked for the sauces. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging the inconvenience and saying sorry would have made a big difference. No refund or compensation was offered either. Very disappointing customer service.

  I usually come here for my lunch break and often it's fine but the last two weeks (maybe) I've had two experiences that have me questioning if I should keep eating here. The first one was roughly two weeks ago. I had ordered a meal combo through the app and when I got there I asked if I could get mini cookies instead of the chips since I saw it was available. The worker refused for no reason other than "we can't do that". Wasn't a big deal they let me get regular sized cookies. Today, I ordered a sandwich and about 5-10 minutes later showed up at the store. The sandwich was not ready or being prepared even though there were two people there. (To be fair one person was serving a customer). I had to wait another 5 minutes for my sandwich. If the location and price wasn't so convenient I'd swap stores.

  Why does the bread look so small? Is it just me? I even requested extra toppings when ordering, but they gave me less than a regular size regardless of my request. If that's the case, I don't understand why they even ask how much I want when I order. 🤔

  I have bought a 3 cheese snackwich multiple times and last night i went in told the lady (i think her name was Chobba) that i wanted 3 cheese snackwhich. she toasts it and when it comes time to put my toppings on she suddenly remarks that i am only allowed 3 toppings?? i tell her i have ordered the same thing multiple times at their location and no one has ever told me that. it also doesnt say that on their menu and subway is known for being able to add your own veggie toppings. she starts telling me very rudely that i am only allowed 3. if thats the case you should have it on your menu, tell the person ahead and other workers should also. so i told her i want the regular topping i get spinach, tomato, black olives cucumber and pickles. how ridiculous is that? not going back and that was my regular go to.
