  Staff was not handling customer propperly, restraunt table and chairs seems dirty and contaminated with germs, and when customer want to wash their hands before having a meal their staff lie to customers everytime that their washroom is not operational. Very bad experience.

  I am a regular at this place and have new faces everytime. They always have a problem adding sauces . Its all ok if we eat there but for online orders theh literally have dry sub. This time the new girl who claims to have more experience is super rude . They always had small containers previously but now she just is rude and expressions are a disaster. They are literally in customer service . Get a life and have a smile

  Very disappointing customer service. My daughter and I purchased a drink, yet an employee accused my daughter of stealing it. The drink had already been paid for, and the employee could have simply checked the transaction before making such an accusation. Accusing a child of stealing when we had actually paid was unnecessary, embarrassing, and completely inappropriate. I expect customers, especially children, to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I will never go to this place again. I hope management addresses this incident and ensures that staff handle situations like this professionally in the future.
