  Placed app order while out of town, had issues with the app. No option in app to immediately cancel. Look up stores phone number and call them immediately and they tell me it's already made and can't cancel due to this. Even after explaining that nobody will be picking up the sandwich I understand not wanting to eat the food cost but it seems not worth it for the franchise or chain when customers stop patronizing due to a poor experience. The footlong I paid twice for will be the last!

  i’m honestly in shock at the way the staff are so rude for no reason? when i ordered the lady taking my order just rolled her eyes, which i understand not having a great day but i am just ordering food? and later when i asked for extra of a item she gave very minimal so i asked once more for extra, to which she eyerolled again, and gave ONE MORE SINGULAR ITEM. the pettiness and disrespect for no reason is frankly disgusting, i will not be coming back and if i want subway i’ll just go to the one on austin ave who has never been impolite.

  I ordered a sandwich at this location. Went to pay with my online gift card, and it wouldn't work. I drive over to the Mcbride location, and my online gift card worked just fine. Frustrating........
