  Dirty, 10 minute wait to order, 30 minute wait for food, they forgot part of the order so it was a 1h "fast food" experience

  Food was good, service was okay, not enough staff I dont think? Both times my order took about 20 minutes or so and almost all of the tables were dirty and so were the bathrooms.

  Just not worth it. Food there is probably the worst I have ever had from both kfc or taco bell. How is fresh fried chicken soggy and grey?? Not even room temperature. Plus a friend got the Cajun fries, but the worker used the same gloves for everything so everyone's food had Cajun spice on it. On everything. They forgot multiple things in the order and we had to wait a long time for food. How does 45+ minutes at a tacobell/kfc make sense? It's supposed to be fast food.

  Attempted to stop for lunch. Stood in line with a couple other people for 10 minutes, no one at the counter and no visible staff. Someone only emerged from the back when a couple people who had been sitting outside for 20+ minutes waiting for their drive-thru orders showed up and were wanting refunds as they couldn't wait around any longer. At no point did anyone acknowledge the line or show up to run the tills. We left after seeing how staff were handling the complaints and apparent lack of people to run the front end.

  I've only been here twice, and I simply cannot recommend it. The portion sizes are as if they're tripping over dollars to save pennies. Small, unremarkable, and overall disappointing. I've been to multiple other Taco Bell locations on the mainland, in both Canada and the US, and to put it kindly, this place feels like an anomaly in comparison. What is happening here? Never had a Taco Bell run as terrible as the two I made. Consider stopping elsewhere. This location falls short in every aspect.
