  This subway was great, food amazing,.... Seems like there's some renovations going on, but didn't affect us as we were getting our subs to head to the beach

  Order with cheese on 2 foot long subs. Arrived with no cheese. Also they need to answer and pick up their phones. If you can't operate a franchise properly dont own one. Calling head office.

  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. From the very beginning, the employee was rude, arrogant, and had a terrible attitude. I simply asked her if they had a veggie patty. She went to the back and brought one out to heat. Before she heated it, I told her that I didn’t want the veggie patty anymore. Instead of responding politely, she said, “Then what do you want?” in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I continued with my order and asked her to add cheese to my wrap. At that point, she started throwing the cheese into the wrap and then throwing it back into the box. The way she was handling the food was extremely careless and completely unprofessional. It honestly felt like she was deliberately showing her frustration and disrespect toward me. I have never experienced such an unpleasant attitude from an employee over such a simple order. If you work in customer service, you should know how to communicate respectfully with customers, even when they change their mind about an item. This employee’s behaviour was completely unacceptable, and management seriously needs to address it. Customers are paying for their food and deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. After this experience, I would definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

  I have had so many problems with this store when it comes to placing orders and then getting there and being told the items I ordered are unavailable. It usually happens when I order a "Hot" side for a meal and when I get there I am told all they have is cookies and chips. I do not think this is an inventory issue. I think they are trying to pawn off cheaper side items that also take less effort. I did not want chips or cookies and was refused a refund. What they are doing here is illegal. Other Subways in town do not operate like this one does. Do not let them take your lunch break hostage. Go somewhere else. If you have been cheated by deceptive practices by the owners of this store, then speak up please
