  I go here often on my lunch break, because they're fast and decently priced. The service is always good and they know my order quite well. Definitely recommend

  Came and ordered around lunchtime (12pm) Worst staff ever my mom took my son out for lunch and he requested subway My son always gets the same sandwich. Bacon egg lettuce pickles and cucumbers on white bread toast. It When I came and sat down, he was so distraught that he didn't get the right sandwich, so I asked what the problem was. He showed me the receipt, and he showed me the sandwich that he got, and it was a pizza sub I know one hundred percent that my son has never in his life. Nor eaten a pizza sub in his entire life. He always gets the same thing I took the receipt and the sandwich up to the staff. All they could say, was it was your son's fault? He has poor communication, and that's what he ordered I said, don't you dare blame it on a kid. Especially my son, I know what he orders. And my mom was with us. They continued to say this is what he ordered. He has poor communication. Don't know what to tell you, my mom then spoke up and said she placed the order and it wasnt what they gave us They did not try and fix the situation. They just kept blaming my son again. I showed them the receipt, and I showed them the sandwich, they refused to do anything about it. So then we went to go place another order. And I advised them, we don't want this sub, throw it away So we got back in line and we ordered what he orders every single time. Egg bacon, lettuce, cucumbers pickles with some mayo on white toasted. We then had to pay a second time for this sandwich. As they weren't prepared to offer any refund or help to Sort out the situation I will never go to the malls subway again Blaming a 4th grader when it was my mother that paid for lunch and ordered and it was 100% the staffs inability to make a simple sandwich and provide even the slightest ounce of customer service Corporate should look into these employees and update their customer service as well a mark on theur record
