  very rude and very unhygienic she was cleaning and putting stuff away at 10:10 while making my food and in the same gloves also when handling cookies just bare hands - very gross to be honest and she made one of the worst looking sandwiches please train better

  I tried to get a refund from an accidental order that I made on the subway app called the manager and everything, this guy will argue with you and say I made an order with a different app, meanwhile I made the oder on the actual subway app itself, I gave him the receipt and everything still wouldn't give me my refund so I had to go to subway itself still nothing I went to the door dash delivery itself aswell they said I needed to go to the store itself aswell so I just went to my bank and and made a refund from there after all of this iam now writing a bad review for this place cause their customer service isn't great at all if I could I would give them 0 stars this place is awful they even made it out like I was a thief when in fact iam not, that manager needs to be fired ASAP whatever happened to customer care so don't go to this store ever again this place isn't for the customers at all was a total waste of my time, I hope this helps other people on here and I hope others get their refund back easier than me, so ill say it again horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!

  Ordered off the Subway app and the location was ordered to this location we called in right away and the lady said she would cancel the order for us we even told her the name that was on the order too. Then we came home the next day and the order was on our door step so we called the store and talked to the manager and he requested the receipts so sent the email receipt and he said he couldn't refund us because it was delivered by Door Dash and we ordered on the Subway app. I guess this is a common thing that Subways been doing because its a run around to even get through the guest care and get a refund too and they expect you to just give up.
