  Tried to get catering. Paid for it in full 24hrs in advance and day of the party nothing was ready and took forever to get a refund. Worst subway ever.

  Went on Sept 21 around 8 pm. Disappointed with how I was treated — made to feel like I made a huge mistake just coming in.it wasn't even busy or closing time . Customer service has really gone downhill, and I see why people are saying that now.

  Racist promos and people. I cannot eat pork and she refused to change the meat in the $7.99 meal of the day. She gave me wrong price on the sandwich and ended up charging me double. Very bad service and very bad lady. Don't recommend this place. Do not go!

  Today was my second trip here within a week, the sandwich artist, Manpreet served both the times. She has been great at service. She wrapped a great sandwich, with of course my help 😋. I found her to be polite, customer centered. And single handedly running the show. Food is not always about taste, its also the experience from the time you order, pay and receive your order in your hand, then comes the taste. I had great experience in the store with all of the above. 5 star for Manpreet doing what shes doing. Keep up the great service.

  I’ve been to many Subway locations, but this one truly stands out. In fact, I was so impressed that I visited this location twice within just 4 days! The customer service here is exceptional. A special shoutout to Manpreet! She makes every sandwich with so much care and attention to detail. You can genuinely tell that she takes pride in what she does, and her friendly attitude makes the whole experience even better. She makes the sandwich exactly the way you want it and makes you feel like a valued customer every time. Kudos to Manpreet! 👏 Employees like her are what make a place worth coming back to.
