  Food was ok. I ordered at 6:30 with it to be ready at 6:45. Got there at 6:55 and wasn't ready. They didn't have rice and it was going to take another 10 minutes. Waited got my order left. Opened the package and was missing an item. Came back and said item. Is missing they said item wasn't ordered. Showed my receipt. They printed my order. Slammed it down on the counter and said no item ordered. I looked at their recipt and pointed out it was the very top item on the recipe. Some conversation between the two employees and it was slammed together and put in the bag. Don't think I'll spend 45 minutes again for a burrito bowl here. It was my first time here but there's a few other burrito options in Mission that have been good so far. Will stick with them.

  Friendly staff, we went there right at closing time and expected to hear we're close but the young gentleman didn't mind to get our order.

  I wanted to give Mucho Burrito a try for a while. I ordered online for pickup, and it was ready when I arrived. I ordered their MUCHO’s Way Burrito without charred corn, cilantro or the Mucho sauce, with pork carnitas on whole wheat tortilla and their Spiced Mercado Fries. The burrito was very good with the pork standing out in flavour. The fries were quite great. I do not think I have had this preparation of fries before. I really liked the variety of sauces they put into the fries and how seasoned they were. They were very delicious. The service was prompt and courteous and was satisfied with how they put together my burrito and fries. I have had good experience eating from Mucho Burrito and might visit there again soon.

  I wish I gave them a negative review or in o star rating. Order online and guy was rude and made our order ... really bad customer service and the order was really bad.
