  Worst place ever! Employees are so rude and its so dirty everywhere. They don't know how to make a sub at all.

  I honestly feel like Subway needs to start caring about the quality of the food and what they are serving customers. This order was a huge disappointment. The meatballs did not seem fresh, and they were cold. The subs were barely toasted properly, and one was so burnt that it was hard to eat. If the food is coming out cold, they need to be checking their food temperatures and making sure everything is being held and served properly. They also really need to check and maintain their toaster and make sure the temperatures are correct. A sub should be properly toasted when a customer specifically asks for it—not barely warmed or toasted with the meat getting rubbery. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was one problem after another. When customers are paying the prices they charge now, the least they should get is fresh, properly heated food and a sub made with some care. Please start paying attention to the quality before handing orders to customers.

  I stopped by expecting a decent meal, but instead was served completely dry, stale bread that was hard to eat. When I politely brought it to the employee's attention and asked for a basic replacement, the staff member name AUSTIN just stared, showed zero empathy, and rudely declined for no reason at all. Dismissive attitudes and serving low-quality, dried-out food is no way to run a business. I won't be coming back here again.

  I just wanted to give a shout-out to Shrea! We were a tired crew, stopping through Merritt during a full day of driving. He was friendly and funny, and it was a pleasure to be there. (We enjoyed our food, too. :))
