  I visited this Subway on Sunday afternoon while travelling by bus. I only had a 15-minute stopover, so I placed my order online beforehand. My bus arrived earlier than expected, so I called the store and kindly requested if they could have my sub ready quickly since I was short on time. When I arrived, my sub was already ready! The store was very busy with a lineup, but the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and greeted me with warm smiles. They even kindly let me use the washroom while keeping my order safe. The sub was delicious, and I truly appreciated how understanding and helpful the team was. They made my short stopover so easy and stress-free. Thank you to the wonderful team! ❤️🥪

  Placed a large order (65 sandwiches) for sports team. Customer service, pricing and food preparation was excellent. Highly recommend this location to any sports teams staying or travelling through Merritt.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. Yesterday, I ordered my subs online and then politely asked a staff member named Jhanvi if she could microwave some food for my baby. She refused. When I asked to speak to the manager, she rudely replied, “I’m the manager.” Even though I had purchased food from the store, she was unwilling to help with such a simple request for a baby. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service anywhere else. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone until the staff, especially the manager, receive proper customer service training.
