  For a handicapped lady we picked up a Genoa Salami footlong. When she ate it, the sub was Cold Cut Combo so it was not good. Took it back to replace the clerks said NO WAY. Had to throw it away and re-pay twice for the mistake and get the right food for the lady.

  They don't know how to make the food on their menu. 2 separate times I asked for something on the menu but they still asked what I wanted on the sandwich, I want whats on the menu...

  I remember when staff used to welcome you into the restaurant, took a smidge of care when making your sandwich and actually helped the physical customers. Now it's simply zero communication or acknowledgement, when they finish doing mobile orders they may acknowledge you but they're definitely just going to throw the sandwich together in the most ridiculous way, toss ingredients back into their dishes like it's basketball, not caring if they miss. But you know cross contamination and allergies aren't a thing. On top of it, you don't even get a bag to carry your meal, if there's a charge, charge it but bring back the bags. And get rid of this tip request. If I stand to order I'm not tipping, especially when not one staff acknowledges you. Did you know the blank stare means 'hello can I take your order?!'

  I'm still mad they took away the piece of chicken I loved from the menu. The smell from the place is great and it's open for a good chunk of time. Would recommend

  Amazing staff — always smiling, full of energy, and very polite. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was super clean. One of the best Subway locations to eat at in Maple Ridge
