  I have been a regular customer at this Subway location for quite some time and often purchase dinner for my family here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been noticeably inconsistent. The biggest concern is the customer service from some of the newer employees. When placing an order, I have felt rushed while deciding on cheese, vegetables, or other toppings. On several occasions, the interaction felt dismissive, including eye-rolling and a general lack of patience during the ordering process. There have also been issues with product quality. During a recent visit, key ingredients such as olives and crispy fried onions were unavailable, but this was not communicated until partway through the order. In addition, I was given bread that was noticeably smaller, squished, and less fresh-looking, despite better-looking bread being available. As a regular customer who spends consistently at this location, these experiences have been disappointing. That said, I want to acknowledge that there are also some excellent employees at this store who are friendly, attentive, and make great sandwiches. My feedback is intended to highlight the inconsistency in service and food preparation, not the entire team. I hope management can address these concerns and help ensure a more consistent experience for loyal customers.

  I just had an amazing experience at Subway! I ordered the Veggie Patty sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The veggie patty was perfectly cooked, and all the veggies were fresh and crisp—just what I was looking for. A huge shoutout to Jashan, who helped me with my order. She was so friendly and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Her excellent customer service really made my visit stand out.

  Today everyone I went with family to grab some dinner. Well, 1 girl was working there at that busy time. Some customers left because of the wait time. We spent there 1 hour including eating. Well the employee was very fast and with sweet voice even in the rush. Request to the Owner/ Manager hire more people for rush hour. Highly recommend for the great service:)
