I‘lol skip over the infuriating service from the beginning and just show you what I got after waiting 30 mins ( the staff told me it would take 8-10 mins so I ordered it for my child). Do you think this is chicken noodle? Even though I didn’t expect any Chicken in the soup, I certainly didn’t expect no noodles either!
I had such a great experience at Subway today, thanks to Amrit! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. Amrit was quick, efficient, and really attentive to how I wanted my sandwich made — no rushing, no mistakes, just great service. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction.
Won’t be returning.
Had a genuinely frustrating visit. The bread was compressed almost flat during slicing. Sandwiches weren’t toasted with adequate space between them, several were crammed into the toaster together, and sauce was applied so heavily it overwhelmed everything else. I tried to get it stopped partway through and it kept going anyway.
What stood out most was the attitude. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was more “why are you here”, just visible irritation at having a customer. It felt less like an off day and more like a lack of basic training or standards enforcement at this location.

I had a great experience at Subway! Sakshi provided outstanding customer service with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She was patient, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Thank you, Sakshi, for making my visit so enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location.
I visited this location with my family and from the very beginning, the employee was rude and dismissive.
When my wife politely asked for a small lid for the sauce so our child could save the remaining half of the sandwich for later, she responded, “You’re eating here, why do you need it?” in a disrespectful tone. When I asked why a lid couldn’t be provided, she simply replied, “I don’t want to talk to you,” instead of addressing a reasonable customer question.
I asked for a cup of water. I was told there were no plastic cups and that a paper cup would cost $1. When I politely asked why, and whether the cup was included when purchasing a drink, the employee became visibly irritated instead of explaining the policy.
While we were still eating, she repeatedly told us in a rude manner that the store was closing. We left shortly afterward, even though our children had not finished eating.
Additionally, while preparing one of our sandwiches, a piece of avocado fell onto the preparation counter. Instead of using a fresh piece, she picked it up and put it back into the sandwich, which we found unhygienic and concerning.
Throughout our visit, the interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. As a family with two young children, it was upsetting to be treated this way. We have no issue with store policies, but customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had at a Subway, and I hope management looks into this and ensures other families don’t have a similar experience.
