  One of the employee was very not skilled enough -She charged for a price of bag which we did’t even get. -we asked to cut 3 parts yet we had to receive 4 cuts and had to take care of the situation on our own -we had tell tell the employee multiple times just to add one ingredients EVERY TIME - when she was packing the bread, it was not fully packed as well and the wrapping paper was about to open apart while we carried it home as she didn’t wrap it tightly and made it very loose I wouldn’t say this is the places fault, but it was a horrible experience with that specific employee. The photo down below is what we got when asked for 3 cuts, it wasn’t cut throughly and it looked like it was cut more than 4times. Had to face some difficulty sharing it.

  Had great experience at this place. Food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and customer service was fast Definitely recommend this place

  Won’t be returning. Had a genuinely frustrating visit. The bread was compressed almost flat during slicing. Sandwiches weren’t toasted with adequate space between them, several were crammed into the toaster together, and sauce was applied so heavily it overwhelmed everything else. I tried to get it stopped partway through and it kept going anyway. What stood out most was the attitude. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was more “why are you here”, just visible irritation at having a customer. It felt less like an off day and more like a lack of basic training or standards enforcement at this location.
