  I've been to this Subway 63 times in the last 2 years. Almost every time, I make the front and the back of my sandwich different so that my daughter can have her preference of sandwich. Today, I asked for the meat on my sandwich to be arranged in a different way for my kids. A newer employee, Samin (sp?), told me "we don't allow that", and then spent the rest of the time assembling the sandwich complaining to her coworker in another language, with some words like "salami" and "ham" (the meat on my sandwich) mixed in. I get that retail sucks and that everybody has bad days, but at least wait until customers are gone before you start bitching about them. Also, both washrooms are marked as closed.

  We walked in at 10 minutes to close and the girl behind the counter was polite, and helpful to get our sandwichs together and get us on our way, a great experience overall.

  Came here just to find out they don’t have any bread other than multigrain. The bathrooms are both out of service. I didn’t even look at the state of the ingredients after hearing “only multigrain” as I had mentioned to my husband to order. Sad part is, I am flexible and would’ve taken any other bun except multigrain. It definitely shows they aren’t properly making enough bread, because there’s no way in this small location that they run out that much. Next, I was FLOORED to hear that they charge $0.45 for a bag. Like are you serious? How cheap can you be. This is appalling. Glad I went over and got McDonalds and didn’t settle for the bare minimum. I won’t lie I’m pretty upset that this is the Subway in my new area.

  We just spent 38$ on crap that had to be thrown away. We asked for Italian dressing and they put sweet onion on it. They couldn't understand what we said. My daughter even questioned why it was so dark. He said different colour same taste. I called asked to speak to the manager but they kept passing me around to everybody but the manager. They refused to fix their mistake refused to answer my call until I kept calling back to back then hung up on me. I even told them to review their camera and said no we don't have to. Worst experience ever. Subway was the last fast food place we bought from. Your GONE!! CANADA IS GONE. I'm sorry, I'm just so damn mad about being called a lier.

  You would think that you'd get what you ordered. But instead you get what they want you to have. Wrong sauce on one sandwich, next to no meat on the other sandwich. And y'all want tips? Tips are for good service not poor work ethic.
