  Tuesday, August 4th, I walked into this Subway, and right away the employee made me feel like I was bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s not how customers should be treated. She only offered me one type of bread because there were only three left. I asked if they were still fresh, and she answered with no expression and clearly seemed annoyed. As she started making my sub, she barely put any cheese or chicken on it. The scoop of chicken didn’t even fill the bread properly. I politely asked if she could add a little more chicken to one half because there were empty spots. She immediately replied that she would have to charge me extra. I go to Subway for a good protein sandwich, not mostly vegetables. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every last dollar out of customers while providing poor service. The entire experience was uncomfortable. I told her, i don’t want it, leave it and walked out. Instead I drove to the Subway in Aldergrove, where I was treated much better. I won’t be supporting this Subway location anymore. Terrible customer service. 0/5 stars

  10/10 customer service and super friendly staff, the only subway that seems to perfectly toast the bread. I’m almost upset I have not come to this location before, I came around 7:50. Not sure when they close but they were in no rush at all, which is super refreshing!

  I've been to this Subway 63 times in the last 2 years. Almost every time, I make the front and the back of my sandwich different so that my daughter can have her preference of sandwich. Today, I asked for the meat on my sandwich to be arranged in a different way for my kids. A newer employee, Samin (sp?), told me "we don't allow that", and then spent the rest of the time assembling the sandwich complaining to her coworker in another language, with some words like "salami" and "ham" (the meat on my sandwich) mixed in. I get that retail sucks and that everybody has bad days, but at least wait until customers are gone before you start bitching about them. Also, both washrooms are marked as closed.

  We walked in at 10 minutes to close and the girl behind the counter was polite, and helpful to get our sandwichs together and get us on our way, a great experience overall.
