  july 14, 2026. 9:45 pm, waited in line to order our food after 2 other customers. noticed food was looking stale and old, then the employee started making an uber eats order without even acknowledging us (3 sandwiches without the driver even in store). we asked if we could order first and she said no. horrible customer service and no concern for quality of food.

  The bread is chewy, not good at all. The lady squeezed some mayo and all the bottles were out and expect me to be okay with it.if i did not ask for more mayo she would not have gone and filled the bottles and put decent amount on the sub.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Subway location. A supervisor named Virpal Sivia sold me a used safe and assured me it was fully functional. She told me that if I needed the code reset, I simply had to call the phone number on the safe because they couldn't provide the current code. However, when I contacted the manufacturer, I was told I would have to pay a fee to reset the code. I immediately asked Virpal to take the safe back since it wasn't as represented. Instead, she refused and claimed they didn't know whether I had dropped the safe. If the safe had been dropped, there would clearly be visible dents or damage, which it doesn't have. She also told me she was out of the country and couldn't help. However, when I called the Subway store, I was informed that she was actually scheduled to work on Thursday. Between the misleading information about the safe and the inconsistent explanations afterward, I feel I was treated unfairly. I hope the owners are aware of this situation and look into how customers are being treated. I would not recommend buying any used equipment from this location without thoroughly verifying everything first.
