  Very disappointing experience at Five Guys. We ordered three burgers, and all three were prepared incorrectly. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of simply acknowledging the mistakes and fixing the orders, the first response we got was, “Do you have an allergy?” When we said no and explained that the toppings were simply on the wrong burgers, they actually tried to take ingredients out of one burger and move them to another. We obviously did not find that acceptable. They eventually took the burgers back and prepared new ones, but the attitude throughout the whole interaction was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. It felt as though asking them to correct three incorrectly prepared orders was somehow an inconvenience to them, even though the mistakes were not ours. Mistakes happen, and we completely understand that. What made this experience unacceptable was the way the situation was handled. A simple apology and properly remaking the orders would have resolved everything. Instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable for pointing out their mistakes. Definitely not the level of customer service I would expect from Five Guys.

  Cleary this five guys didnt get the memo about the fries. I paid over $50 for 2 burgers with fries. The deal at five guys has always been you get a ridiculous amount of fries because you paying a ridiculous price. That's a large fries btw.

  If you like A&W’s family burger series you will like Five Guys too. Almost identical with larger patty and seems it’s always freshly grilled. Almost same in price without coupons but at Five Guys you can add a selection of toppings without additional charge and you get to enjoy some free peanuts while you wait for your order too.

  Fries were good, hamburgers ok. The staff called our number, my husband grabbed the bag and brought home. He got home and found only the fries. We had to drive all the way back to point out that both burgers were missing. Instead of an apology, they tried to give us the burgers that we should have taken home but they were sitting there, cold. My husband asked for fresh burgers, which we should have gotten in the first place. The manager made them, but the whole thing was handled with attitude and zero care. Really disappointing experience.
