  Unfortunately always gross and dirty. I was SO looking forward to mucho burrito opening in Kitimat. The Prince George location has such a great reputation for being clean and serving fresh ingredients, I thought all franchises might have high standards but unfortunately thats not the case. I have tried the Kitimat mucho burrito 3 times now and each time the food prep space is disgustingly filthy, the rice is crunchy and sparse, grilled vegetables are either overcooked or not available at all. Protein portion sizes are way less and the chicken is dry. I truly don’t want mucho burrito to be this bad, as I used to reccomend them to everyone. I hope the owner sees this honest feedback and raises standards. The product or experience is not worth the set price (but it could be)

  Okay admittedly I ordered this for delivery through the Spyce App, been craving burrito's and haven't had decent ones since before I left Ontario. And Holy heck. Even through the delivery App this is Perfect. They got everything to a T and its absolutely delicious. The wait was well worth it, I will have to find time to visit the location directly. Everything was wrapped up nicely, and looks great and I had no issues at all so far. Honestly I think they did a better job than the big city places, there is always something that gets missed but that's not the case here. Appreciate you guys for taking time to get everything just right~ Edit: I've returned to order multiple times now, always accurate, always good. Thank you staff!

  Large and great tasting burrito for a good price. The service was very helpful and kind as well. I'll be going again. This area needed a decent Mexican option
