  The double Decker taco wasn't even on the menu, and they made it for me anyway! Staff were nice and prompt.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic addition to Orchard Park Mall. The food was surprisingly fresh, hot, and well-prepared—everything tasted on point. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Efficient service, great energy, and consistent quality. Highly recommend

  The lady working at the front counter with a long ponytail had very poor customer service. She did not smile or show any friendliness at all and came across as uninterested and unwelcoming. It made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Customer service really affects how people feel about a place, and this was not a good impression
