  I would like to report a very unpleasant experience I had today at the Subway located at 1740 Springfield Road in Kelowna, near the ICBC office. I ordered a scoop of rotisserie chicken for my child and asked if it could be placed in a small cup so that my child could eat it more easily. The staff told me that they could not put the chicken in a cup unless I paid for the paper cup, and that they could only serve it on a piece of paper. I decided not to take the chicken and refused the order. However, what was most disappointing was the way the three employees present handled the situation. Their attitude toward me was rude and unprofessional. I understand that the restaurant may have certain policies regarding containers or additional charges, but these policies should be explained to customers politely and respectfully. I found the entire interaction very uncomfortable and disappointing. I would appreciate it if the manager or the person responsible for this location could review what happened and address the staff’s behaviour appropriately. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even when a request cannot be accommodated. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously.

  Don't get the ciabatta, they give less meat here than any other location.
