  My experience with Simran K. or her colleague was extremely disappointing. From the moment we ordered a grilled chicken wrap, she had a negative attitude despite us being polite and simply placing our order. Instead of offering helpful service, she immediately responded that she couldn't toast or grill anything in a rude and dismissive manner. When we asked for a recommendation on what type of cheese would go well with the sub, we were met with even more attitude rather than basic customer service. Asking for a recommendation is a normal part of ordering, and customers should not feel like they're inconveniencing staff. She then handed us over to her colleague to complete the order. I strongly recommend providing Simran K. with customer service training before having her work the front line. Her attitude reflects poorly on the business and, if it continues, will drive customers away if not already.

  For one of the only food options at YLW, the store is quite understaffed for long rush lines (which occur all day, throughout the day) The workers that are there perform at an incredibly slow and careless speed. It’s frustrating, unprofessional and quite frankly, ridiculous. Train your workers to match a busy pace that always exists at an airport, or hire competent ones. EDIT: 20 minutes passed and maybe 10 or so people served. No, I did not time to get food. Zero stars. Train your staff.

  It was 9:40pm. They are supposed to close at 10pm. There was literally someone right in front of us finishing his order. When my friend and I stepped up they told us they were closed. Disappointed why close 20 minutes early? And they literally just finished serving someone and there was still bread in the container.
