  My first bite of the guac, and I noticed a hair. This was very disappointing, especially after waiting 15 minutes for my food. Please ensure that employees handling food wear proper hair restraint to maintain cleanliness and food safety.

  So I go in to order some Cali crunch burritos. They say oh we're cleaning the fryer so you can put chips in the burrito. It's a 4 burrito order so I have to confirm with people, after confirmation I come back in and say yes I'll do that. They are are side eyeing each other and say to me there's another location. It's like 20 minutes away, I'll just grab them here. The look of disappointment on their faces. It's 100% clear they do not want to work there. No way I'm ordering food from a place where ordering is like pulling teeth. Never coming back to this location.

  My first time here today and I told her that I wanted this combo that there was a sticker on the glass for. Told her I’d never been there before and asked what people get for it. She pointed and says “vegetables”. I looked and couldn’t tell what they were, and when I got confused she just at kept looking at customers behind me. Then when protein choices came I asked what they were and she rolled her eyes as she told me. Then she asked what else I wanted on it…asked again what do most people get and she pointed at all the choices. Most horrible experience, Will never go back, if you w never been there…don’t waste your money!!!!
