  Taco Bell has gone from a good value fast food option to overpriced with small portions. The Kamloops location on Notre Dame Dr. doesn’t even have refills on their sodas like every other fast food restaurant. With the high cost and no refills I felt like I was eating at the airport.

  This place is horrible… we have stopped there the last 3 years on trips to the coast and the service sucks, when 3 strands of cheese covers the meat in a taco (or the 2 pcs of tomatoe… that you asked not to be in there) you know it’s bad…should just be called Taco Shell Time. Fool me a third time and that’s it… Hands down the worst Fast Food Joint in western Canada… this place has to be trying to be the worst, there is no other logical reason to how bad it is. I recommend not going there at all… no matter how bad you crave it 90’s style… the wait and service will add to the displeasure you will have with the food

  Absolutely the worst service and food, they acknowledged you to tell you wait with a wave of a finger. And never come back! They literally put 1/2 tsp of taco meat in the taco and filled with lettuce and forgot the cheese???? The fries were old and cold topped with the other 1/2tsp of meat and 1/2 tab sour cream anyway sloppy/cold and not worth the money or the time

  Very disappointing experience. This KFC/Taco Bell location is one of the most disorganized restaurants I've visited. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and showed very little respect for customers. The food quality was also far below what I expect from these brands. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. From the customer service to the food quality and overall management, everything was disappointing. Even one star feels too generous. If it were possible, I would give this location negative ten stars. I strongly suggest choosing a different KFC/Taco Bell location instead.
