  Understand its popular and busy. But having those machines instead of a person is complicated and useless. No one wanted to use it to order food. Waiting for a person to help you is ridiculous, they were to busy getting the door dash orders going. Havent gone to KFC or taco bell in along time, gravy was tasteless. Must of gotten my taco wrong because the worker asked if I didnt want anything in it besides a shell 🤦‍♀️😅🤣😅😅😅. Didnt order much but the food came in its own bag. Floor was a disaster. People were walking out.

  Der Laden ist bereits in die Tage gekommen und würde sich in vielen Bereichen über mehr Pflege und Zuneigung freuen. Auch in Punkto Sauberkeit ist viel Luft nach oben. Der Service war okay. Wir haben allerdings relativ lange (für einen Fastfoodladen) aufs Essen warten müssen. Hier kann man positiv erwähnen, dass man die Zutaten auf dem Burrito selbstbestimmten kann. Und wenn das Essen frisch zubereitet wird, dann dauert das sicherlich. Kommen wir zu dem Essen. Fangen wir mit der Vollkatastophe an: Der 7up - ich habe fast alles wieder ausgespuckt, als ich einen Schluck genommen habe. Erst die Süße der 7up (das war ok) und dann ein Nachgeschmack nach maximal gechlortem Wasser (geht gar nicht). Nach einem 2. zaghaften Versuch ist das Getränk, auf das ich mich bei 31° sehr gefreut hatte, so im Mülleimer gelandet. Der Burrito war okay, das Steakfleisch musste ich suchen und geschmacklich habe ich schon deutlich bessere gegessen. Auf den Tacos meiner Frau war auch maximal 10% Hack ... schade. Durch die 7up leider nur 2 Sterne fürs Essen. Ansonsten hätte ich mich zu 3 hinreißen lassen. Wir geben Taco Bell in einer anderen Stadt noch mal ne Chance, aber hier gehen wir leider nicht wieder hin.

  Had a great experience at KFC and Taco Bell! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a satisfying meal and excellent service. Would definitely visit again! Also too mention manager was really sweet and professional

  How this place ended up getting a renovation budget, I do not understand. Just sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with 3 vehicles in front of me. Ordered 3 chicken quesadillas with mild sauce and 1 loaded mexi fries. While sitting and waiting for 20 minutes, I got curious is the delay was a regular thing so started reading reviews on Google. Common theme was 1 star, long waits, staff that couldn't care less, and a surprising amount of mistakes on orders and missed items. Once we recieved the bag, I made should to check and sure enough, 3 sauce packets for 3 quesadillas, and a small order of icey cold fries. The guy at the window did get the mexi fries when I asked and I moved along but wow, points for consistency I guess? Just a suggestion, the ownership and management could enforce their staff taking orders to read the order back each time to ensure that they have it right to begin with. Or hire people who want to do a good job.

  ever since it opened back up the service has been horrible i ordered 2 crunch wraps waited 20 minutes in the drive thru then we payed but as soon as we got them they said they didn’t have lettuce on them, we went inside and waited 20 more minutes to talk to someone about getting a refund as i didn’t want them with out lettuce. the wait times are just awful and half the time the staff are just standing around doing nothing.
