  Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food setting. Absolute no urgency, it took me 22 minutes to get a single taco. Not sure how those people have jobs and that building stands...do not go there. AVOID

  Can you give 0 stars ? Can't comment on food as I've been waiting for 20 minutes for single taco ! And still nowhere in sight to recieve my sad order. Please avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere

  25 mins for 3 tacos. No joke. A Skip driver was berated by the manager for taking a picture of the screen with the 25 min wait time for the order he was picking up to deliver. Craziest experience for fast food…

  The customer service is terrible, I understand it’s a busy environment but it’s not okay to talk to customers so rudely. Just came through the drive thru and we were waiting for quite some time just to order and they were just very rude.

  I went to pick up quick dinner the other night. The drive thru was not open so I had to go inside to order. I went to the self serve kiosk and I have to scan the QR code to get my reference number. It would suck if you dont have your phone with you. I waited 30 mins for my food. Fast food isnt really fast.There were at least 10 customers ahead of me waiting for their orders. I can overhear a couple of customers who had issues with their orders or was missing part of their order. When I finally got my order and went home to eat it. It was the worst KFC I have ever had. I had the chicken tenders but the batter was EXTREMLY salty and not editable. I was disappointed to say the least. I won't be going back. I don't believe it is necessarily the workers itself as they are trying their best but their system and organization have gotten worse.
