  Today June 4th at 9:10pm. I was treated with the upmost disrespect and complete disregard to customer service by the staff at this location. When giving my order I was met with a hostile attitude towards me for absolutely no reason other then the staff wanting me to answer them in only the words they are asking. I left a message on the voice mail as the staff would continue to hang the phone up on me so my only option was to leave a voice mail message along with this negative review and one from the main mucho burrito site. I hope the owner is able to see this and reach out to me for the full context of what happen and how their employees are treating customers.

  It was really busy, but the girl working there was really good at her job. The way she handled such a busy time was some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

  If you want crunchy rice, bad service and a long wait this is the place for you. Couldn't even finish my bourito it was shockingly bad.

  We went in later in the evening and the music was blasting so loud the girl couldn't even hear us when we were ordering. The meat looked as though it had been sitting a while and that should have been our que to go but we were starving and hoped for the best. The food was bland, my hubby had some crunchy rice in his and everything inside the burrito was cold. We both had tummy aches afterwards. Should have gone somewhere else...
