  Pulled up and parked, there were 2 people standing inside staring at us as we got out. Got out of the car, took our baby out of the car and started walking to the door.. as we did this the guy inside left the store and the lady inside walked up to the door shut the lights off and locked the door then turned around and walked to the back. Both online and on the door said they were open for another 30 minutes. I get doing that 5 or 10 minutes to close... but even then maybe let the family approaching kindly know instead of just silently locking the door right in front of their face. 30 minutes is significant.. change your hours or get some employees that don't leave early.

  We got here 10 minutes ago at 755 just for them to say sorry we are closed even though the posted time was 9 pm, change your hours this is false information

  I came in the morning for a sub. The service and sub was generally good. The only problem was when I tried to use up a Subway gift card. The lady at the till couldn't seem to scan it properly and then just repeated the phrase: "for gift card issues, contact Subway.com. How would you like to pay?" until I paid using my credit card. I thought it was strange because the gift card worked at literally every Subway I've tried it at, including the one in Nelson a few days later... very unusual.... was she just pressing the wrong button? Does this Subway hate gift cards? Freak computer error? The mystery may never be solved...

  I visited this Subway location yesterday evening around 8:40 PM, well before the posted closing time of 9:30 PM. However, the staff member (Komal Ben) refused to serve us, stating that the utensils had already been washed and no more food would be prepared. This was disappointing, as the store was still open and customers should reasonably expect service during operating hours. If the location plans to stop serving food earlier than the listed closing time, it would be helpful to clearly communicate that to avoid inconvenience. I hope management looks into this and ensures better adherence to business hours and customer service standards.
