  Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway. First, I was overcharged by $7. When I went back to ask the male employee about the extra charge, instead of checking what happened or taking responsibility, he simply said he didn’t know and acted as if it had nothing to do with him. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The service was also terrible from the beginning. There was a line behind us, and he kept rushing us to choose our toppings because there were other customers waiting. I understand that the store can get busy, but there is absolutely no reason to make customers feel pressured and rushed. Even worse, when he was making my son’s sandwich, he didn’t put any sauce on it, then closed the sandwich and tried to finish it without even checking with us. We had to stop him and tell him that the sauce was missing. Between the $7 overcharge, the dismissive attitude, rushing us, and the careless preparation of our food, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. If you’re going to charge customers extra, at least take the time to explain or correct the mistake. And if you’re making someone’s food, please pay attention to what the customer actually ordered. Very disappointing.

  Got 3 footlong subs. Tipped 30$ because the sandwhich makers were great. Later, threw away garbage in the subway garbage bin located in the parking lot. A subway worker, male filipino with a tattoo on his forearm angrily said that the garbage can that is located in the parking lot is not a public garbage can? I told him I would remove the garbage myself and put it in another can if he can show me where the public cans are. Very alarming behavior.

  Subway is always good. That “fresh” bread they do can sell any sandwich. Unfortunately, the facilities were lacking. The same sink workers used after the toilet had a roll of paper on the counter (with wet handprints all over it) and the blow dryer was out of service. I placed my order online because it’s more relaxing (4 sandwiches) and they were 7 minutes after the posted “will be ready by” time. Sure, 7 mins isn’t a lot, but we were bumped to the back of the line repeatedly and it definitely would have been faster (though more stressful) to order the sandwiches one at a time in person. *in total it took 27 minutes from the time of ordering until the 4 sandwiches were ready
