  Second time there was no bread for sandwiches While there were wraps and bowls this is not why I go to a subway

  I stopped at this restaurant with my family on August 3 while traveling back home. We ordered two Power Bowls because they were out of bread and chose to dine in. While eating, I found a small hair in my food. I removed it and continued eating, but about halfway through the meal I found another hair. Naturally, I was disappointed and informed the staff. What upset me even more was the response. Instead of acknowledging the issue or even taking a look at what I had found, a tall, skinny employee immediately suggested that it could have been my own hair because I have a beard. There was no apology or attempt to handle the situation professionally. To make matters worse, I later overheard the staff joking about finding hairs in food and making light of the incident. That level of customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If this is how customer concerns are handled, I would recommend avoiding this location. And to the employee who thought it was funny: mocking customers who are raising a legitimate food safety concern is not acceptable. A refresher on customer service and food complaint handling would go a long way.

  Found 2 hair in the power bowl that we ordered. The reply from one of the employee was it would be yours and not taking action to correct it. Non professional!

  One of the most effective and efficient subways i have ever been to. The establishment was very bust but the staff put people and their orders through no problem. Would highly recommend it

  The staff here are not the least bit friendly, serving spoiled spinach and other veggies that are turning isn't the most appealing. Drive to the Revelstoke location instead for a much better experience.
