  As someone who goes here a few times a week - the customer service at this place is the worst I have seen and today it went to a new low. I ordered the sub of the day and before paying asked the difference in cost for the sandwich vs the meal. The lady yelled at me for asking this and said we aren't allowed to do that while pushing the guy aside helping me and started looking at the screen. She continued to yell and be grumpy. I was just asking the price difference before deciding. She has treated me badly in the past as well. I have seen this lady also tell people ahead of me she saves cheap coupons for them. I strongly recommend people go elsewhere and the manager/owner look at improving customer service.

  The older lady serving us was incredibly rude, never asked us what we wanted just looked at us with her eyebrows raised, and when I said the wrong word for pickles (I’m from the uk and said gherkins) she starting hounding me that in her country they call them pickles? She was incredibly unhelpful and very obviously hated her job, won’t be coming back here

  Reached there at 9. The girl said we are closing shortly and I don't get paid after 10. And I have a lot of work to do. Then told her that it is 9 pm only. Then another excuse came, I won't take cash. Card only. Then started dumping everything on one side of the bread of the footlong subs leaving other side empty. With each topping , we had to remind her to spread subs evenly. Dumped all the sauces in the middle and wrapped the ugliest looking subs. This has to be the worst subway experience ever. And I have been eating at Subways for over a decade. Then she turned off all the lights at 9 30 so no one comes in.

  We went sent out the door before we could even order almost 2 hours before their posted closing time by the employees telling us they were “Already Closed.”
