Nice little spot, open layout and spacious. Polite and helpful employees.
Got a 6” cold cut sub and a ham and cheese snack sandwich. Both were good.

I don't know who was working this evening around 6-630pm but wow that was honestly the best Italian BMT I've ever had from Subway. Thank you very much for the care and attention you put in to my sub.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a footlong sandwich and asked for extra meat and cheese, but the staff member only added what seemed like half a portion.
When I politely questioned it, she insisted it was correct and began arguing with me. The situation escalated when she used inappropriate and rude language, which is completely unacceptable.
I then asked to speak with a manager, and she claimed that she herself was the manager (her name was Rupi). This made the experience even more frustrating, as I expected better professionalism from someone in that position.
As a customer, I expect respectful service and honesty. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet basic service standards. I hope the owner looks into this issue seriously.

I placed an online order for two subs this morning at about 7:30 AM while dropping my daughter off at school. My order was confirmed at 7:28 AM.
When I arrived just after the scheduled pickup time of 8:30 AM, there was a sign on the door saying “cash only” and someone was inside replacing the POS system. The employee at the counter knew nothing about my order and there was nothing prepared.
I checked my email and saw the order had been cancelled at 8:17 AM, nearly an hour after it was confirmed. By that point I was already on my way there and only found out after arriving. I don’t constantly check my email while driving around in the morning, so I made the trip specifically for an order that no longer existed.
This was a terrible experience. If a restaurant cannot fulfill online orders, online ordering should be turned off. Customers shouldn’t have to waste time making a trip for an order that the store has no ability to prepare.
Based on this experience, I assume the Duncan locations are run by the same franchisee and would offer the same level of care, so Subway is off my list for the time being.
