The sevice is always great
Very slow for the food though
The inside is all advertising of course but there's no trays, no available napkins. Eating off a bag you paid for sort of sucks. They really need to fix that. Sometimes you wait over 5 minutes for someone unless you use the kiosk and then you still wait
Prices unless you have coupons are quite high and the price has gone up there too

Don’t get me wrong I love Taco Bell but this location might the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff were incredibly rude and not attentive at all, they did not try to fix any problems at all. The staff messed up multiple orders and screamed across the restaurant to get our attention, this is not how any restaurant should operate. The food obviously was reflective of their operations and I was nothing but disappointed. Instead of chatting to each other and ignoring customers they should work harder! The fries weren’t seasoned, rice hard, and the order was wrong. This place is not worth your time.
there is always something wrong with thr order or they take too long for simple things. i ordered one of the new kfc drinks and i had to wait like 10 minutes for it. i work in fast food too and it doesnt not take 10 minutes to make a simple drink, very horrible speed and service
Everytime I go through the drive through, they will tell me to swing back around the drive thru after 2-5 minutes, don’t understand why when I can just wait at the window until it’s ready. I ask them everytime “Why can’t I just wait here instead of driving all the way back around?” They will come up with the dumbest answer that makes no logical sense to have me drive around. When I come back around, after waiting for the whole line of people who were originally behind me, now are infront of me waiting for their food at the window and receiving their meal before I do. It’s genuinely such an easy fix but, it’s obvious that they do not care at all- happens every single time I go to this location.
Taco Bell (Nordel Crossing) seriously needs a major revamp or the franchisee should consider closing this location if standards cannot be improved.
We visited this place today with our family, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Here are our observations:
1. The tables were not clean, and there was no one attending to clean or arrange them.
2. The garbage bins were overflowing.
3. We spent around $60 for a family of three, but honestly, only the tacos were enjoyable.
The rest of the food, especially the nachos, was very disappointing. The taste was poor, and some items felt undercooked or half-baked. The only thing working properly was the pop fountain.
I noticed many people coming in, which shows there is definitely strong demand for Mexican food in this area. However, the food quality, cleanliness, and customer service need major improvement.
Overall, this was not a good experience for us unfortunately, never again.
