  Paid $16 for a grilled cheese steak burrito. It was just a cup of rice and few drops of steak in the burrito. Fries, hahaha 5 fries only. What a waste of my money. Never going to taco bell again.

  Only 1 of the 4 kiosk terminals for ordering worked. Sold out of a few menu items and had to settle for lesser value items after paying for order, and food was cold upon receiving. Overall cleanliness was lacking aswell.

  Place is lit, suprised by the hours, not many places stay open that late. I had a problem with my order the other night (not including it sitting in a bag for 15 minutes while im the only customer at like 11pm and being cold when handed over, a girl in the back laughed at the situation/ me. Which ticked me off, but buddy who handed me the food hooked me up with hot nacho cheese, so its all good) I returned today and showed the receipt on my phone, and said I think there was a problem with my order 3 days ago. And she straight up replaced the order, no questions asked. (Dont tell the guys up top, but she threw me a second replacement? Ill go back, man maybe tonight

  Came in around 5:30 and ordered 5 items. ALL of them were made incorrectly or were the incorrect item, when I explained to the lady working the counter she lied and said that is what I ordered then switched to that’s all we have left, mind you the item I was given was cheaper than what I ordered . After I arrive home, I open my quesadilla and this is what I find! See photo below

  save yourself. just don’t even bother at this point… 1) slow service - waited 20 minutes (not even exaggerating) for the two hard taco that comes with the nacho fries and a drink 2) missing item - they forgot the drink. 3) food was cold. tacos = broken. 4) overall, horrible experience. won’t see me coming back here ever
