  I went to this Taco Bell and ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito through the drive thru. They gave me a chicken burrito instead so I went thru the drive thru again to fix and they gave me ANOTHER chicken burrito. Then I went inside and asked for a grilled cheese steak burrito again then they proceeded to give me a regular steak burrito instead of grilled cheese. That is insanity. Do not recommend this location staff is incompetent. Same mistake 3 times.

  Worst location ever. I have ordered from this location 3 times. They got my orders wrong every single time, and food is so cold. It always either wrong orders or something missing. This is at the point that it is very concerning for consumers. I feel like I have been scammed. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

  Ordered 4 nacho fries end up giving fries only. They said no more seasoning when I mentioned if they told us we wouldn’t order. Grab bag went back with our fries with seasoning. Staff is rude and lazy. Drive through told us to come back in 5 mins.

  This is the second time I’ve visited this location. The first time the order took 25 minutes to prepare with relatively little volume in the store. The food was decent but they messed up a couple items. This time I tried placing my order with the app. Seems they did not bother looking for the order despite speaking with the counter person when I arrived. As I write this it’s 25 minutes late and the order was placed nearly 45 minutes ago. I expect the extras I paid for will not be there. But I really just want out of here now. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The incompetence is astonishing
