  visited the Subway location at Scottsdale and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome from the moment I placed my order, and my questions were met with attitude rather than helpful service. I understand that employees can have busy days, but customers should still be treated with respect. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location unless there are significant improvements in customer service.

  I specifically asked the team not to make it, as I wanted to get it customized myself. This has been my go-to Subway in the area, and the staff has always been nice and helpful. That’s why I was especially disappointed with this experience. I did not expect this type of service from the staff, and I hope this can be addressed.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at this Subway. This is the second time we’ve had the same experience. When we ask for extra vegetables, the staff make faces and seem annoyed, which makes us feel uncomfortable for simply asking for something we’re paying for. We understand that extra requests may take a little more effort, but customers should still be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, the repeated experience has left us very disappointed.

  I don’t think they know how to read sandwich orders… every time I order sandwiches, they’re always wrong lol. Went there personally once and asked for the lady to put salt on my sandwich and she kept putting the shaker labeled PEPPER on it although I was telling her salt, not pepper..
