  Excellent experience at Subway! The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and everything was prepared perfectly. Special thanks to Bikram for the great customer service. He was polite, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Subway and especially the excellent service from staff.

  Shitty environment… closed store 10 minutes early … my drive was 12 minutes, I got there in 10 on time just to grab my meal…. And they said they closed the store already ….!! … they still had 10 minutes left…. The guy said something happened to system lol what a joke….!! Ain’t my fault … u need to do better …. This isn’t the kinda customer service we expect from a franchise like subway …!! And the guy was on phone all the time laughing

  5 star joint as subways go. I was there on Sunday Sept. 27, served at around 3:45. Every time I asked for "a little bit" I got exactly and specifically that. It's nice to have a server that understands the concept of what "a little bit" actually means, and doesn't drench the sandwich in a litre of sauce. Fantastic service.

  Very disappointing experience. We ordered two 6-inch subs and Doritos nachos, but none had cheese. When we called, we were told to wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone. We went back after 10 minutes, and instead of simply fixing the order, they dissected the subs and put their hands inside trying to find cheese. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, but this was handled terribly. I will not be coming back.

  I would like to share a complaint about my recent experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgement from the staff. While preparing my sandwich, the employee was busy talking to her coworkers rather than focusing on the order, which came across as unprofessional and felt like business was not important. The biggest issue happened when it was time to pay. I had a valid Subway coupon displayed on my phone with a scannable barcode/QR code (which says scan in store or online) When I presented it, the guy told me that the coupon had to be physically present. Honestly, are we living in the 1990s where customers are expected to carry physical coupons? The coupon was clearly displayed digitally on my phone and specifically provided a barcode for scanning. If Subway offers digital coupons through apps such as Flipp, customers should reasonably be able to present them digitally at participating locations. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the way this situation was handled. I would appreciate it if management could clarify the store’s policy regarding digital Subway coupons with scannable barcodes and address the customer-service concerns with the staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers should be greeted, treated respectfully, and given clear and consistent information about Subway’s promotions.
