  I can give 0 star if I can. Today I went to get a sandwich. It was a man who was extremely rude. I just asked for my order and he made me feel like I didn't place any order and make me feel I have come to get a free sandwich. He didn't even know how to make a sandwich. He didn't give me what I ordered and made a really bad sandwich instead. When I took it home and looked at it, it was completely wrong. I always order from this location and this one makes the worst sandwiches of all. Please teach your staff about the hospitality and customer service.

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to jass. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She prepared my order carefully, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfect.
