  ⭐ **1-Star Review** I visited this Subway three times including yesterday , and unfortunately, each experience was disappointing. On multiple occasions, I found the customer service from two particular employees ( older male employee and the older female manager) to be extremely rude and unwelcoming. The first time, I simply asked for sauce on my footlong, and the male employee responded with rude facial expressions and made me feel like I was bothering him by asking for a basic part of my order. The second time, I asked for crispy onions and was told that they could not be provided. I then spoke with the manager, but unfortunately, her attitude was also very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist the customer or explain the situation politely, I felt dismissed. Everyone can have a bad day, but having the same type of experience repeatedly is unacceptable for a customer-service business. Staff should be trained properly on how to communicate respectfully with customers and handle simple requests professionally. I hope Subway management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer-service training to the staff at this location. Customers should feel welcomed and respected when they visit, not uncomfortable for simply asking questions or requesting available ingredients.

  I visited this Subway today and placed an online order for a Power Bowl. I specifically requested few extra vegetables, but unfortunately, the quantity I received was much less than what I normally get from other Subway locations. The bowl was almost half empty. I also have a photo of the bowl before I started eating, which clearly shows the portion size. I ordered it from work because I was planning to have the Power Bowl for lunch, but I was very disappointed with the portion size and overall quality. I am not looking for a refund or any compensation. I simply want to request that the staff pay attention to both quality and quantity, especially when customers make specific requests. This is actually the second time I have had a disappointing experience at this location. The last time, the staff member did not follow my instructions properly. When I politely asked for the order to be remade because it was not what I had requested, the lady was quite rude to me. I also contacted customer service about that incident, but unfortunately, my concern was never properly resolved. I am writing this review because I genuinely feel disappointed with the service at this location. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on providing better customer service, along with consistent quality and portion sizes in the future

  Went in to make an order but couldn’t even use the washroom and when inquiring where I could I was told to figure it out so I left without ordering and will not be going back

  Krish working the counter tonight is the only reason I would give five stars! This young trainee was alone tonight and with the restaurant packed and online orders coming in she was super polite made an amazing sub. Please do not leave your training staff alone. The sheer amount of orders she was trying to tackle was ridiculous And to anyone who was impatient with her please show some respect. Not only was she in training she was completely ALONE I personally believe if there is only one person working what’s up, girl in the store they need to shut down the online ordering
