  Foods great but theyre getting a 1 star because theyre obsessed with scamming the timer. They try to make you pull around the drive thru twice or park so they can say they can say they served you and end the timer. Ive seen this at many places but this place is very bad for it. Tired of it

  What the hell kind of quesadilla is that. Never coming in here again after loving this place my whole life. Spend $40 on dinner for your family and if you want it made properly you have to drive back. That is just complete bullshit. They don’t even give you a receipt for proof of purchase. They should be focusing on making it right the first time. Grandville and this location are just full of employees who clearly don’t know what they are doing. You would think it’s their first time on earth!

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Doritos tacos and the meat was completely cold. As a Mexican, I know Taco Bell isn’t meant to be authentic Mexican food, but I still expect the food to be served hot and fresh. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The food was cold, the overall quality was poor, and the staff was not friendly or welcoming. Customer service goes a long way, and this location fell short on both the food and service. I hope they improve their standards because this was not a good experience.

  [Do not go here - You've been warned] Ordered in advanced, waited for pickup time, went to the window and waited there for the employee to notice me for about 5 minutes, proceeded to mumble to me to the extent where I had to go to the window to communicate. Upon arriving at the window, they said that they were just starting the order now (that I had made 20 minutes ago) and to wait in the parking lot for a couple of minutes. 1/10 Service. Probably going to be a 1/10 food. [Update] What is the point in ordered a large drink if they only fill it up 3/4th the way.

  WORST TACO BELLK EVER!!!! do not come here. I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and the staff here are ignorant. I waited forever for my order, while I watched my food sit there being unpacked, and workers prioritized other costumers after me. My food was given to another person ordering around 10 minutes after I placed my order. I had taken this up with the staff there twice, the first time being rudely dismissed. The second time I asked, she had asked me for my order number and name. WHICH THEY DID NOT GIVE ME WHEN I WAS PAYING. After saying my order, they finally remade it, realizing my original food was given to someone else. They were not short on staff either, having multiple people in the kitchen, talking and laughing with coworkers, ignoring costumers around them. Do not come unless you are looking for a terrible experience.
