  Stopped by subway and got a footlong sub, but it was incredibly disappointing. The bread/crust was so stale and hard that it was nearly impossible for my kid to chew. Quality control was completely missing. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

  Went in today while Matthew was working. My goodness please don’t work if you’re so miserable. Upon entering he saw me and did not acknowledge me went to the back for awhile without even saying I will be right there or anything….then when he returned no hi, or what can I get for you etc…just looked at me. I ordered my sandwich and once he put the meat on he looked at me didn’t ask what cheese or what not so o myself told him…he made my sub rang the bill without a single word again. I paid and as I left said have a good night hoping for some sort of reply response acknowledgment nothing but a dead stare. I’m sorry not sure what was going on with you but as a paying customer I do expect the very minimum a word or two as I am trying to order. The service and attitude absolutely awful and downright disrespectful. I live so close that I walk here often but will never return and rather drive to the next closest one. I hope the management here works on better training on their employees.

  good service and food but u don’t have to pre put a 5$ tip on my order, i would probably pay that anyways if my service is good, not sure if there is a new feature, but i used to get to pick the tip size myself

  Team here needs serious training they try to teach POS to customers where’s lack basic maths meats vs meat substitution isn’t an add on. Non cooperative staff worst exp. Was trying for the first time. Hope I won’t come again.
