Over the past couple years, obviously the direction is put less vegetables on the sandwich. World we're in. Cut, trim. Save a few cents here and there. I asked for extra veggies and even offered to pay and it was definitely not extra. Be a leader Subway. Or maybe it's time to call the sandwich a 11 inch that way you can save on bread.

Very disappointed with the service at the Subway on Luckakuck. I ordered my usual meatball sub, paid for extra meat, and asked if the extra meat could be pepperoni. I was told yes, but after I paid, the employee said she couldn’t do it because “head office” said so. When I asked to speak with the manager, she refused to provide his name, her employee ID, or a corporate number. I was also told to call back later because they were busy. I’ve been ordering the same sandwich for a year, and another Subway location on Vedder had no problem customizing it. The service at Luckakuck has really gone downhill. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and management was not accessible. Hopefully someone from Subway or management sees this and responds. I will not be returning to this location.

One of the cleanest Subway restaurants I’ve ever been to! The restaurant has plenty of comfortable seating, and the staff are very polite, friendly, and professional. There is also a large amount of parking available, and the location is very convenient, just near the highway exit. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, clean environment and delicious sandwiches. Great experience overall!
