  Wasn't even greeted or told to wait, but waited 20 minutes just for them to tell me they are out of all of the 3 different options for meat I wanted. Took mobile orders instead of the people actually waiting in store and terribly slow. Don't go here

  Food was good, the girl working did a great job of keeping everything neat and on point. Every table was dirty though.

  Went into this location tonight and was met by this amazing hard working young man named shore. We wanted to try the new nochos but for some reason I don’t think his employer trained him with this menu item…. I feared the worst but this guy had no fear, he literally made the best sweet chilli heat nochos I HAVE EVER HAD…. I give this guy a 10/10 for his determination, effort and food preparation…. Subway you guys have one hell of a worker that won’t buckle under pressure….. thanks shore we will be back !!!

  Rude and wrong. When it comes to a $6 sandwich I shouldn’t be belittled or bullied because you toasted the wrong one. You were very specific about which one got the bacon and which one got extra cheese but did not ask me if I wanted them both toasted. I specified on one. Before the sandwiches were even in the oven you pulled me to the cash register to pay then pulled me back into line for the toppings. I noticed the cheese was melted in mine and said uh oh, that one wasn’t supposed to be toasted: I was then stared at by both employees, they exchanged looks with each other and spoke in a different language. Then told me they couldn’t do anything because the meat can’t be reused and the cheese was already melted…. So I explained that the first girl did not ask me if I wanted them both toasted - she told me I was wrong and she was right and I had to pay for it (I already did pay….) she then asked again what toppings I wanted and I said to throw it out because I wouldn’t eat it. I only eat one thing from subway and it’s when I’m craving a cold crunch - stupid I know but it’s what I wanted. She again told me I was wasting food and moved on to the other sub. They exchanged words in a different language again and as she slammed the sub down on the counter behind them she said fine I’ll make your sandwich. Very awkward, very impolite. and no matter what time of day, they are ALWAYS out of crispy onions. (Which they actually aren’t they just don’t want to open and entirely new bag for whatever reason - despite being open 24 hours) Rude.

  Harsh helped build my sandwich and was extremely kind and actually put a lot of care into making my food how I like it..also helped with my loyalty card.. definitely a pat on the back to him! Great work!
