  Very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor, and unfortunately, the food was also not good. The quality and overall experience were not what I expected from Subway. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.

  Date: August 10, 2026 Time: Around 4:21 PM I had a disappointing experience at Subway. I asked for extra vegetables, but the employee told me she couldn’t add more. At the end, I asked if she could pack pack separately, but she told me, “I gave you paper, you can do it yourself.” I understand there may be store policies, but the way the situation was handled felt rude and unhelpful. I expected better customer service.

  The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! However, I did notice that the dining area needed a bit of attention, as several tables still had leftovers and napkins on them. More importantly, I noticed some cross-contamination while my food was being prepared. The team is great, but a little extra training on cleanliness and safe food handling would really take this place to the next level.

  I was disappointed with my breakfast visit. Several breakfast ingredients were unavailable, which significantly limited the menu options. I was also offered an upsell to a 6-inch sub for “only $1 more,” but when I got to the till, the actual charge was $2 more. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the only response I received was a simple apology with no effort to correct the issue or explain the difference. Mistakes happen, but customers should be charged the price they are quoted, and basic breakfast ingredients should be available during breakfast hours. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.
