    Ordered on the app, walked for 20 minutes to this location, thinking my order should be ready after 20 minutes as the app said, and when I got there, they told me that they hadn't made the order yet. What's the point of mobile order if I have to wait more than the time promisedon the app? What's the point of mobile order when the customers ahead of me get their orders, but I still have to wait for another 10 minutes? This is why I gave one star.
