I had one of the worst experiences of Subway at this location. I simply asked for a cup of water for my child, and they wanted to charge for it. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager, the situation became even worse. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the manager was dismissive, rude, and made comments that felt insulting. I also ordered a sandwich, and every small modification or ingredient I requested was met with “that will be an extra charge,” along with numerous restrictions and limitations. The overall customer service was extremely disappointing, and I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
