  The woman working (by herself) today is absolutely a fantastic worker. She's professional and has had a smile on her face the whole time, as a steady stream of customers continue to filter in. However, it took me about 20 to 30 minutes to finally get my (delicious) sub. A customer in front of me asked her how long her shift was. Answer: 14 hours. I hope she's getting paid overtime. Give this woman a raise or shares in the company because she's amazing at her thankless job. To management or ownership: The one star review is aimed at you for the inadequate staffing levels. You're clearly being cheap and greedy at the expense of your staff. How about hiring more people? You can't tell me this is an isolated incident. I've been here before and it was the same story. Do better.

  Good Afternoon, So my Son came in to the establishment of subway at the location of Burnaby Carlton Square Wanting to order the foot-long hotdog, which is very much advertise on the menu clear as day, just to be told by the staff It’s an online Order item only!. I honestly believe that anything that’s advertised should not have any stipulation when it comes to the food and beverage Industry.” Especially when it’s on the menu board “ So good job Subway way! Way to crush a child spirit.😒👎🥲😡😭

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Kamal! She was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She prepared my order with great care, was patient, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Kamal, for your outstanding service—I really appreciate it. Keep up the amazing work! Store was well maintained and clean.
