  Navjot is absolutely amazing employee of the store. She gave me a brief about the deal and helped me to select my order. I would definitely come back here and recommend everyone for this location.

  On July 7, 2026 (Tuesday) @ 7:20 pm my daughter was craving for subway after her sports and she choose the Kingsway location. We let her go inside and pick what she wants to order while me and husband waiting in the car. After few minutes later she came back and told us that the place has no customer inside. But the worker doesn’t want to sell at the moment and ask her to wait 10-15 minutes. Then my daughter ask her are you guys close and the response was no we’re not close but not selling at the moment. Called the store after few minutes and ask her if they take orders at the moment and she said yeah yeah yeah. Then I confronted her why then you told my daughter to wait for 10-15 minutes and she lied telling me no I told your daughter to wait for 2 minutes🤬. And when I ask her why you refuse to sell when you don’t even have customer when my daughter came in. Then this lady lied again and again saying they have 4 customers inside. To the owner of this Kingsway location of Subway i hope you read this review of mine. And please do hire a good, not lazy, not liar person next time if you want to make profit. And if you can’t do a proper customer service might as well you close this location. Don’t go to this location in Kingsway if you won’t experience what we encounter today.
